We do not collect passwords, payment information, national ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

• Process and confirm your team's registration for KPL Season 3.
• Forward your registration details to the KPL organiser via WhatsApp for confirmation.
• Store registration records in Firebase Firestore to prevent duplicate entries and maintain a tournament database.
• Measure website traffic and user engagement to improve the site (via Meta Pixel and Firebase Analytics).
• Optimise our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using anonymised event data from Meta Pixel.
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and analyse the website:

• Meta Pixel cookies — set by Facebook to track ad conversions and build audiences. Retained for up to 180 days by Meta.
• Firebase cookies — used to identify unique sessions and prevent abuse. Retained for up to 2 years.
• Browser session data — temporary session information stored in your browser to keep the form working. Cleared when you close the tab.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling cookies may affect how the site functions. You can also opt out of Meta's data collection via Facebook Ad Preferences.

• Registration records in Firebase Firestore are retained for the duration of the tournament season and up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping.
• Analytics data collected by Meta Pixel is retained per Meta's own data retention schedule (typically up to 2 years).
• WhatsApp messages are not stored by us — they are subject to WhatsApp's own retention policies.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8 below).

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Firebase Firestore data is secured with server-side security rules — only authorised access is permitted.
• We do not store your phone number or personal details in our own servers beyond Firebase.
• Access to Firebase project data is restricted to KPL administrators only.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete such data.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your registration data from our Firestore database.
• Objection — object to processing of your personal data for marketing or analytics purposes.
• Portability — request a machine-readable export of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via WhatsApp or the details provided below. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
